I regard any extreme & rigid behavior as quite dysfuctional. I imagine that Big Pharma is very interested in bio-medical interventions as a primary tratment for HD.

In my abnormal courses, I teach about the “6 D’s” as assisting us in differentiating abnormality: disability, dysfuction, social deviance, distorted reality testing, distress & dangerousness to self/others.

What may be the evidence indicating a primary or adjunct personality disorder?
