I was in Haiti before, during, and after the earthquake, and there MANY doctors (the vast majority) that have nothing to do with the media and are simply doing what they can to help people. When it comes to camera-hogs, I think the numbers are small enough to render it an irrelevant issue, especially within the context of this wide-scale of a disaster.
