I feel more calm and less violent. It has allowed me to stay out of treatment (successfully) for 17yrs. now.

Marijuana use has only made this pain worse. It numbs me to the point of feeling paranoid and super lethargic. I have found that moderate exercise and a healthy diet works best for me in easing the effect depression has on my life.
