I have, as the author, for years communicated with myself in my diaries, have looked at it years later and couldn&#039;t remember all of the abreviations (normally peoples&#039;snames) I used and even some of the experienced that I then thought so important. The &quot;getting things of the chest&quot; have work for me in the way of  &quot;talking to myself&quot;! Lately I have written academically, which I must say is also very fulfilling. Yet, I have a feeling that there are more stories in me to write and this article has inspired me to make time for personal writing as well as the academic writing that is also very time consuming.
