		<description>It is my understand that the final rule from CMS includes 12 events for no-pay as preventable not 8 as you reported in your article.  I was very dissapointed to see C-Diff not included as it was in the July proposed guidelines as well as VAP.  These are both just as preventable as the HAI's that were included.
