E.g. the VA and the Indian Health Service. I don't really see what the big deal is, frankly. I think most of the complaints of physicians amount to turf protection and little else. That said, the liability that goes along with prescribing is something I'd rather not have to deal with. Not because I don't know how or am unqualified.
