		<description>Thanks for the article.  I found a lot of information on dealing with PMS naturally &lt;a href="http://dsib.org/pms" rel="nofollow"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.  I didn't realize how many supplements may have a positive effect on treating this, and I've been taking vitamin B6 and calcium for the past few months and noticed that things are better before my period.  Thanks for the article
