		<description>I am not aware of such sources and did not intent to associate it with religious technique. I got my knowledge from scientific research done in recent years. BUt perhaps existence of such technique point this article to the right direction. Thanks for your input.</description>

		<description>This is taught by buddhist meditation technique called " Vipassana". The whole idea is to reach the stage where you can feel the sensations, that you fear/dislike or feel at peace with or like, correlating certain emotions with them. Then we are supposed to learn to neglect it slowly, till a stage is reached where these sensations and so emotions have no meaning at all, i.e., they don't produce any fear or at peace feeling. Thereby reprogramming us of our likes and dislikes and making us neutral. Though it seems vegetative it's not, it usually is supposed to help in crisis by making you calm and in success by not letting it get to your head. Pleasure commenting.</description>
