		<description>Hi Kelly,
I totally relate to your story. I'm Bipolar I rapid-cycling, PSTD, ADHD Probably and have had it since I was about 14, diagnosed at 37 and am now 50. Used a lot of drugs and alcohol in the beginning for relief, been sober 20+ years with a two relapses. Been through lithium toxicity and 51/50'd almost died, depacote amonia toxicity hair tell out, lots of tremors, couldn't write and suicidal up to one months ago. Have gone off and on medication. Wanted to give up. There is a solution, exercise, taking meds and lots of rest, plus support groups and talking honestly with your doctor, cognitive therapy, friends and family. I started an AA group for those with mental illness in Oakland, CA called the Sober 51/50's where you can talk about alcoholism, drug addiction and dual diagnosis, meds, mental health etc.

Blessings to you,
Wendy</description>
